Welcome to Klyo ASO, a product of Ur My Type Ltd. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Overview of Services

Klyo ASO is a subscription-based service that provides app store optimization (ASO) solutions to help improve app visibility and performance.

The service is offered as a monthly subscription.

Features and functionality may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to update or modify the service.

Klyo operates on a monthly cycle as follows:

1.1 Monthly Optimization Cycle

  • Klyo performs the following steps every month:

    • Step 1: Conduct comprehensive research to understand your niche, competitive landscape, and potential keywords. All research is done by Klyo.

    • Step 2: Extract and analyze relevant keywords based on relevance, popularity, and ranking difficulty, then select optimal keywords. Klyo handles all analysis.

    • Step 3: Provide fully written titles, subtitles, and descriptions for your app on both the App Store and Play Store. These will be emailed to you for direct application in your app store consoles.

  • Note: Fluctuations in performance may occur due to evolving competition and app store algorithms, but Klyo is continuously working to ensure your listings remain optimized.

Eligibility

By subscribing to Klyo ASO, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • You will use the service for lawful purposes only.

Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

  • Klyo ASO is available as a monthly subscription. Details of pricing and features are provided on our website.

  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.2 Payment

  • Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method provided during sign-up.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees.

3.3 Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

3.4 Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. If you experience issues with the service, contact us at hello@klyoaso.com.

Use of Services

4.1 License

  • Upon subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Klyo ASO for its intended purpose.

4.2 Restrictions

  • You may not:

    • Share or resell access to Klyo ASO.

    • Reverse engineer or decompile the service.

    • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4.3 Suspension and Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the service.

Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

  • We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in Klyo ASO, including software, designs, and content, remain the property of Ur My Type Ltd.

  • You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Ur My Type Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Klyo ASO.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you during the last 12 months.

  • We do not guarantee specific results or improvements in app performance.

Disclaimers

  • Klyo ASO is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

Cancellation and Termination

9.1 Cancellation by You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

9.2 Termination by Us

  • We reserve the right to terminate your subscription or access to Klyo ASO for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.
