Welcome to Klyo ASO, a product of Ur My Type Ltd. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

Klyo ASO is a subscription-based B2B service that provides app store optimization (ASO) solutions designed to enhance app visibility and performance for mobile apps. Our service is delivered on a monthly subscription basis, and features may evolve over time. We reserve the right to update or modify the service at our discretion.

1.1 Monthly Optimization Cycle

Each month, Klyo ASO performs the following:

  • Research: Conduct comprehensive research to understand your niche, competitive landscape, and potential keywords.

  • Keyword Analysis: Extract and analyze relevant keywords based on factors such as relevance, popularity, and ranking difficulty, then select the optimal keywords.

  • Content Delivery: Provide fully written titles, subtitles, and descriptions for your app on both the App Store and Google Play via email for direct application in your store consoles.

1.2 SDK Integration

As part of our service, we provide an SDK that you integrate into your mobile app. This SDK is designed to:

  • Deliver AI-Powered Messaging Customization: Utilize the app context along with metadata keyword cues supplied by us to generate customized in-app messaging.

  • Incorporate Keyword Cues: Seamlessly integrate the metadata keyword cues provided by us, derived from our comprehensive ASO research.

  • Operate with Official APIs: Use official in-app review APIs to ensure compliance with App Store and Play Store guidelines.

You are responsible for implementing the SDK according to our documentation. We provide ongoing support for integration and updates. The SDK is provided “as-is” and must be integrated in accordance with our guidelines.

2. Eligibility

By subscribing to Klyo ASO, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • You will use the service solely for lawful purposes.

Minors: Our service is intended for use by app owners and operators. Klyo ASO does not collect any personal user data from your consumer apps. If your app collects any data, including data from minors, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such data collection complies with all applicable laws, including obtaining any necessary consents.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trial

3.1 Subscription Plans

Klyo ASO is available as a monthly subscription. Pricing details and features are provided on our website. All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method provided during sign-up. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

3.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.

3.4 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. If you experience issues with the service, please contact us at hello@klyoaso.com.

3.5 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During this trial period, you will have access to the full suite of features. If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial period ends. After the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan under the standard subscription terms.

4. Use of Services

4.1 License

Upon subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Klyo ASO and its associated SDK for its intended purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share or resell access to Klyo ASO or its SDK.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service or SDK.

  • Use the service or SDK for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4.3 Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Klyo ASO (including the SDK) if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Klyo ASO—including the SDK, software, designs, and content—are the property of Ur My Type Ltd. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without our prior written consent.

7. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

We handle client data with strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Klyo ASO does not collect any personal or sensitive data from your consumer apps. Instead, we use anonymized and aggregated information—such as app context and the metadata keyword cues we supply—to customize and optimize our service. You remain solely responsible for any data collection that occurs within your app and for ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Ur My Type Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Klyo ASO or its SDK.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you during the last 12 months.

  • No Guaranteed Results: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or improvements in app performance; results may vary due to numerous factors beyond our control.

9. Disclaimers

Klyo ASO and its SDK are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. Your use of our service is at your own risk, and the disclaimer of guaranteed results applies to all aspects of our product.

10. Cancellation and Termination

10.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or trial period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription or access to Klyo ASO (including the SDK) for any violations of these Terms or for non-payment.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.

We may provide services to multiple clients, including direct competitors. We ensure strict confidentiality and robust data segregation to protect sensitive information for each client.

14. SDK and Data Usage

By integrating our SDK, you acknowledge that:

  • The SDK utilizes the app context along with the metadata keyword cues supplied by us—together with anonymized, aggregated performance data—to customize in-app messaging and optimize our ASO recommendations.

  • We do not collect any personal or sensitive user data from your consumer apps.

  • Data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws and is used solely to enhance service performance.

  • You are responsible for informing your users about any data collection practices as required by law.
